(old design) Dust Boot for 4hp Spindle and 5" Dust Hose (digital plans)
Circular dust boot designed for the Avid 4hp HITECO Spindle. Designed to be used with a 5” dust hose. Adapters might be needed for other hose sizes. PETG filament is recommended for printing but other strong filaments might work also. Some printers might not be able to print the entire dust boot model given the large build size it needs. The Fusion 360 file has broken up parts you can export or feel free to break up the model as you see fit and glue it back together if you have a smaller sized 3D printer.
We do not currently offer other size options for different spindles or hose sizes. We would like to add those in the future when we have time.
