Brick Sorter Large (digital plans)
Free plans for the Large Lego Brick Sorters are now available. I haven’t had time to clean these plans up or create pdf and other file formats but because there has been so many people interested in them I am releasing them. Use these at your own risk and make sure to double check measurements before manufacturing. Since I haven’t had time to clean them up there could be some errors.
These plans can be used to create large Lego sorters for personal use. Files and designs are not licensed for mass production or manufacturing for profit.
If you are not familiar with Fusion 360 there is a free personal license on Autodesks web site that you can install to view and convert these files. Unfortunately I do not have time or knowledge to generate other file formats like VCarve, etc.
I cannot provide support for these files given the in-progress nature of them. These plans were designed to be used on a CNC machine so hole sizes and some measurements are not standardized drill bit sizes. If you trying to create a brick sorter using traditional woodworking tools round up and down dimensions and sizes to the nearest bit or tool that you have.
