Tracksaw track holder - 3D printable design (digital files)
3D printable files for a tracksaw track holder that can be used either horizontally or vertically on your wall or garage door. Spring latch design makes it quick and easy to pull the track off without needed to unlatch multiple toggles individually. Optimized for 3D printing with minimal supports. Can be used with a wide range of tracks from various manufacturers and could also be repurposed for other thin tools in the shop.
Mini Brick Sorter (MDF)
We are now taking orders again for Mini Brick Sorters. These are a slightly updated design using MDF instead of plywood. We have been working with The Wood Shed (an April Wilkerson company) to reduce cost for our customers while still providing a high quality product.
Sanding Block 3D printable (digital files)
Book like design for a sanding block that unfolds to slot the sand paper in then closes to hold the sandpaper tight. The idea here is to try and be as efficient as possible with a single sheet sand paper (9”x11”) reducing waste. Several different sizes of sanding blocks are included as STL files for easy printing.

Dust Boot (Digital Plans)
Just released digital plans for the updated modular dust boot design. This includes source Fusion360 file with parameters and also separated STL files of each part for easy 3D printing. There are also different sized parts for various spindle diameters and dust hose sizes. Build plates larger than 190mm square is recommended.
