Sanding Blocks (physical product)

This is our physical 3D printed modular sanding block product.

We created this design because we needed a simple sanding block for finishing flatt surfaces and 90deg corners. It was also our goal to try and use a sheet of sandpaper efficently reducing as much waste as possible. This is a 3D printable design using standard PLA filament using our Bambulab 3D printers.

What is included:
Two sanding blocks that are a quarter the size of a sheet of standard sandpaper (9” x 11”)
One sanding block that is half the size of a sheet of standard sandpaper (9” x 11”)
One sanding block for sand paper sheets used on hand held sanders (3 2/3” x 9”)
One sanding block for sand paper rolls (4.5” x ∞)
PDF file with step by step instructions on how to add sandpaper to our sanding blocks
